Billing Policy
Subscription billing, renewals, invoices, taxes, and payment terms.

1. Subscriptions
Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis—monthly or annually—depending on the plan selected. Annual subscriptions include a discount equivalent to 2 months free.
2. Billing Cycle
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle. You will be charged on the same date each cycle until you cancel. You can change your billing cycle between monthly and annual in your account settings.
3. Invoices & Taxes
Invoices are available in your account dashboard. Applicable taxes are added to subscription fees based on your billing address. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information.
4. Late Payments
If a payment fails, we will attempt to charge your payment method again. If payment remains outstanding, your account may be suspended until payment is received. A grace period of 10 days is provided before suspension.
5. Credits
Account credits, if applicable, are applied to future billing cycles. Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value unless required by law.
