1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using The Apartments GOAT™ platform (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the Platform. These terms apply to all users, including consumers, residents, property managers, HOAs, real estate agents, landlords, vendors, and corporate housing users.

2. User Eligibility

You must meet the following eligibility requirements to use the Platform:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Have the legal capacity to form a binding contract
• Not have been previously suspended or removed from the Platform
• Comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws

3. Account Creation

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes. Prohibited conduct includes harassment, hate speech, false reviews, spam, fake accounts, doxxing, personal attacks, discrimination, illegal content, scraping, bots, hacking, impersonation, review manipulation, and credential sharing. 5. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its content, features, and functionality, is owned by The Apartments GOAT™ and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent. User-generated content remains the property of the user, but you grant us a license to display and use it on the Platform.

6. Subscription Terms & Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) until canceled. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all subscription fees. Subscription terms, billing cycles, refunds, and cancellation procedures are detailed in our Billing Policy, Cancellation Policy, and Refund Policy.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of user-generated content, reviews, or AI-generated insights. To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Apartments GOAT™ shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.

8. Governing Law & Arbitration

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law. You may also bring claims in small claims court if they qualify.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. You may close your account at any time by contacting support.
