Fair Housing Commitment

1. Our Commitment

The Apartments GOAT™ is committed to full compliance with all applicable fair housing laws, including the Fair Housing Act (Title VIII of the Civil Rights Act of 1968) and all state and local fair housing laws. We do not tolerate discrimination in housing based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, familial status, disability, or any other protected characteristic under applicable law.

2. Equal Treatment

All users—consumers, advertisers, property managers, real estate agents, and partners—must comply with applicable housing discrimination laws. We do not allow content, reviews, advertising, or features that discriminate against any protected class.

3. Prohibited Content

The following are prohibited on the Platform:

• Discriminatory language in reviews or property descriptions
• Preference or limitation statements based on protected characteristics
• Steering (directing users to or away from properties based on protected class)
• Discriminatory advertising targeting or exclusion
• Harassment based on protected characteristics

4. Reporting Discrimination

If you encounter discriminatory content or behavior, report it immediately to fairhousing@apartmentsgoat.com. We investigate all reports and take appropriate action, including content removal and account termination. We also cooperate with fair housing agencies and law enforcement as required by law.
