1. Overview
The Apartments GOAT™ recognizes outstanding properties, HOAs, management companies, and individuals through awards and spotlights. Awards include Best Property, Best HOA, Best Management, Most Improved, and other categories.
2. Eligibility
To be eligible for awards, properties must be active on the Platform with verified reviews and current data. Eligibility requirements vary by award category and are published on the Platform.
3. Judging Criteria
Awards are determined by a combination of:
- GOAT Scores™ and Living Scores™
- Verified resident review data
- Maintenance response metrics
- Management responsiveness
- Improvement over time
- Community engagement
4. No Purchase Necessary
Awards cannot be purchased. Rankings and awards are based solely on verified resident experience data and objective criteria. Paying for a subscription does not influence award eligibility or outcomes.
