1. Scope
This agreement applies to real estate agents and brokerages participating in the Agent & Brokerage Network.
2. Agent Obligations
- Maintain active real estate licenses in all service areas
- Represent properties truthfully and accurately
- Disclose all conflicts of interest
- Honor referral agreements and compensation terms
- Provide fair, non-discriminatory treatment to all clients
- Comply with Real Estate Professional Standards™
3. Referral Protection™
Agent referrals are tracked and protected through our Referral Protection System™. Compensation terms are documented and enforced per the agreement.
4. Certification
Agents may achieve GOAT Certified™ status by meeting additional criteria. Certification is reviewed periodically and may be revoked for policy violations.
