The Apartments GOAT™ uses AI-assisted features including property recommendations, Living Scores™, sentiment analysis, automated summaries, moderation, and onboarding assessments. These features use machine learning models to process data and generate insights.
2. AI Is Not Perfect
AI-generated content may contain errors or omissions. Scores, summaries, and recommendations are based on available data and algorithms, and may not reflect all relevant factors. Users should verify important information independently.
3. Human Review
For significant decisions—such as account actions, review disputes, and partnership approvals—human review is available. Contact support@apartmentsgoat.com to request human review of an AI-assisted decision.
