1. Overview
These terms apply to developers and organizations accessing The Apartments GOAT™ API. API access is currently limited and subject to a separate agreement.
2. API Access
API access requires registration and approval. Approved developers receive API keys and documentation. API usage is subject to rate limits and fair use policies.
3. Prohibited Uses
- Scraping or bulk data extraction beyond approved API calls
- Redistributing Platform data without authorization
- Using the API to build competing services
- Exceeding rate limits or attempting to bypass them
- Using the API for any unlawful purpose
4. Data Usage
Data accessed through the API may only be used for the approved purpose. You are responsible for securing API keys and all API activity under your account.
