1. Overview
These terms apply to procurement transactions through the GOAT Marketplace™. They supplement our Vendor Standards™ and Partner Agreement.
2. Vendor Transactions
Vendors offering services through the Marketplace agree to provide services as described, at the advertised prices, and in compliance with all applicable laws. Transactions between users and vendors are governed by the vendor's own terms unless otherwise stated.
3. Marketplace Fees
Vendors participating in the Marketplace may pay referral fees, advertising fees, or marketplace transaction fees depending on their partnership type. Fee structures are detailed in each vendor agreement.
4. Disputes
Disputes between users and vendors are resolved between the parties. We may mediate at our discretion but are not a party to vendor transactions unless explicitly stated.
