1. Scope
This agreement applies to HOA communities participating on the Platform. It supplements the general Partner Agreement with HOA-specific terms.
2. HOA Obligations
- Maintain accurate community information, governance, and financial transparency
- Provide fair and consistent rule enforcement
- Do not suppress or retaliate against resident reviews
- Respond to community concerns professionally
- Comply with applicable state HOA laws
- Maintain current dues, fees, and policy information
3. Community Health Score™
HOA communities receive a Community Health Score™ based on verified resident feedback. The score is not influenced by subscription level or advertising.
