Property Management Agreement

1. Scope

This agreement applies to property management companies managing multiple properties on the Platform.

2. Management Company Obligations

• Maintain accurate information for all managed properties
• Respond to resident reviews and work orders professionally
• Maintain subscription fees for all properties
• Comply with Property Participation Standards™
• Do not coerce or incentivize reviews
• Maintain required licenses and insurance

3. Portfolio Management

Management companies with multiple properties receive access to portfolio-level dashboards and tools. Data for each property is maintained independently.
