Partner Agreement
General agreement for platform partners.

1. Overview
This Partner Agreement governs the relationship between The Apartments GOAT™ and its partners, including property managers, HOAs, brokerages, corporate housing providers, and other organizations using the Platform.
2. Partner Obligations
- Maintain accurate and current information
- Comply with all Platform policies and standards
- Pay subscription fees on time
- Maintain required licenses and insurance
- Do not misuse Platform data or features
- Comply with all applicable laws including fair housing laws
3. Platform Obligations
We provide partners with access to the Platform's features, dashboards, and tools as described in their subscription plan. We maintain the Platform's security, availability, and data integrity.
4. Term & Termination
This agreement continues for the duration of the subscription. Either party may terminate for cause with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, partner data is handled per our Privacy Policy and data retention policies.
