1. General Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your subscription. Refund eligibility depends on the timing and circumstances of your request.
2. Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable for the current billing cycle. Cancellation prevents future charges. If you cancel mid-cycle, you retain access until the end of the cycle.
3. Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions may be eligible for a prorated refund of the unused portion if canceled within the first 30 days. After 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable but remain active until the end of the annual term.
4. Special Circumstances
Refunds may be considered for service interruptions, billing errors, or other extenuating circumstances. Contact support@apartmentsgoat.com with details.
5. Processing
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Refund timing depends on your financial institution.
