Vendors in the GOAT Marketplace™ are expected to maintain professional standards including proper licensing, insurance, truthful advertising, and quality service delivery.
2. Requirements
- Maintain all required business licenses and permits
- Carry appropriate insurance coverage
- Advertise services truthfully and accurately
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers
- Deliver services as described and on time
- Resolve customer complaints promptly
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
3. GOAT Certified™ Vendors
Vendors that meet enhanced criteria may receive GOAT Certified™ status, indicating verified licensing, insurance, and a track record of quality service.
