1. Overview
Real estate professionals participating in the Agent & Brokerage Network are expected to maintain the highest standards of professional conduct, truthful advertising, and fair treatment of clients.
2. Standards
- Maintain active, valid real estate licenses in all service areas
- Represent properties truthfully and accurately
- Disclose all conflicts of interest
- Provide fair, non-discriminatory treatment to all clients
- Honor referral agreements and compensation terms
- Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally
- Comply with all applicable real estate licensing laws
- Do not post or incentivize fake reviews
3. Certification
Agents may achieve GOAT Certified™ status by meeting additional criteria including verification, client outcomes, and professional conduct. Certification status is displayed on agent profiles.
