1. Overview
HOA communities participating on the Platform are expected to maintain transparency, fair governance, and open communication with residents. These standards promote healthy, well-managed communities.
2. Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate community information and governance details
- Be transparent about dues, fees, and financial matters
- Communicate rules and policy changes clearly and promptly
- Provide fair and consistent enforcement of community rules
- Maintain transparent board structure and leadership
- Respect resident voices and do not suppress honest feedback
- Respond to resident concerns professionally
- Comply with all applicable state HOA laws and regulations
3. Community Health Score™
HOA communities receive a Community Health Score™ based on resident feedback, governance transparency, communication quality, and rule enforcement. Scores cannot be purchased and are based solely on verified resident data.
